Be Permanently Beautiful
First of all let’s explain what permanent cosmetics or some times referred to as semi permanent make up or micro pigmentation actually are.
Permanent cosmetics is a type of cosmetic tattooing. Unlike conventional tattooing, the difference being the pigments used are of a translucent nature which work with your own natural under tones of the skin. Pigments are infused into the reticular layer of the skin and are visible through the upper layers at a depth of 0.5mm, much shallower than a tattoo.
The pigments used are hypoallergenic and pharmaceutically tested which are ideal for those allergic to conventional cosmetics.
Semi Permanent v. Permanent
Most of the time you will undoubtedly hear the term semi permanent, and the reason being this. Once pigment as been implanted into the skin they will begin to fade. To what degree depends upon colour, age and skin type. If you were never to have a recommended colour boost every 12/18 months the colour will gradually become lighter and lighter. However, even though the colour may fade to the degree of not being visible, there will always be traces of pigment left in the skin which in fact makes the term permanent.
The number one enemy of permanent cosmetics is the sun, as strong sunlight will fade your permanent cosmetics, so a total sun block is a must in strong sun.
There are many reasons why permanent cosmetics make such a difference to so many peoples lives.
The most common concern in the lip area are loss of colour and thinning of the lips especially the top lip. This is where lip contour and blush come into play. By just slightly adjusting and working outside the lip area and blending into the natural lip tissue, this in turn gives you back your more youthful looking lips.
NB Traditional lipstick can be worn over at any time to alter the colour as desired.
The most popular treatment is lip liner and blush, or full lip color.
This can be done in subtle nude colour, on through to more vibrant shades.
It’s all about definition, this treatment give beautiful smudge proof, fuss free results every day.
The most singled out focal point of the face. No wonder we want to make the most of them. From a delicate lash enhancement, through to a thick Latino eyeliner, everything is possible.
All procedures fully anaesthetised to give total comfort throughout.
Micro Dermal Pigments
Whilst women have the majority of cosmetic procedures performed by Miracles with Makeup, we also have male clientelle who require our services.
Men lose their hair over time due to illness and medication, as well as hereditary male baldness.
We are able to recreate the hairline, so it looks like the head has been closed shaved with a razor. Male clients who have had this procedure have told us they feel more confident, as we have given them back their confidence which was lost, when they lost their hair.
As we all know eyebrows are the frame of the face and without them we can sometimes look expressionless, washed out and faded.
Maybe you were a nifty plucker in your youth and now paying the price. As the hairs in your brows are now slowly but surely disappearing, leaving you having to spend more time each and every day drawing them back in, and in doing so trying to create your own balance. Other causes of hair loss can be due to medication, chemotherapy, hormone changes, thyroid imbalance or Alopecia.
Maybe you just have sparse brows and would benefit having a lasting definition and enhancement?
Did you know that by drawing from the arch section and moving the tail section out rather than down, this can give you a more youthful appearance?
Whether it be sparse brows to non-existent brows, eyebrows do matter and make such a difference. This is why this procedure is the most sort after.
Due to the possibility of an allergy to the anaesthetics used in our procedures, a small skin test will be performed for your safety.
A small amount of the anaesthetic will be applied to the skin and you will be asked to monitor the area for 24 hours to make sure no adverse skin reactions occur.
If they do, please advise the Practitioner as soon as possible, so an alternate anaesthetic can be sourced for your procedure(s).
